1. Physical Product Orders

Pretty Plans & Pockets offers physical budgeting products, including cash envelopes, cash envelope inserts, budget binders, and other budgeting accessories.

Processing Time

  • All physical orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.
  • Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional sales, or periods of unusually high order volume. Customers will be notified of significant delays.
  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Customized Cash Envelopes

Our cash envelopes are prepared according to your selected product type, budget category, and hole-punch preference.

  • Optional A6 binder hole punching is FREE for complete cash envelopes.
  • Hole punching is available only on the transparent edge of complete cash envelopes.
  • Cash envelope inserts are never hole-punched.
  • Please review your customization selections carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available.

Shipping Rate: $5.99 flat-rate shipping for physical orders.

Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 business days after shipment.

Most physical orders are expected to arrive approximately 3–8 business days after purchase, including processing and transit time.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow time for the shipping carrier to update tracking details after your package has been accepted.

4. Digital Product Delivery

Pretty Plans & Pockets also offers digital budgeting products, including printable planners, savings challenges, trackers, and interactive spreadsheets.

Digital products are delivered electronically and are not physically shipped.

  • Digital products are available for download after successful payment through the download instructions or link provided at checkout or by email.
  • No physical products will be mailed for digital-only purchases.
  • Digital products do not incur shipping charges.
  • Please ensure your email address is correct before completing your purchase.

If you experience difficulty accessing your digital purchase, please contact us for assistance.

5. Orders Containing Physical and Digital Products

If your order contains both physical and digital products:

  • Digital products will be delivered electronically.
  • Physical products will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping fees apply only to physical products.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Please carefully review your name, shipping address, apartment or unit number, and ZIP code before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate corrections before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

7. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

We take care in preparing and packaging every order. However, shipping issues may occasionally occur.

Delayed Packages

Shipping delays caused by carriers, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect estimated delivery times.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost or tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us with your order number so we can assist in investigating the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review shipping concerns individually and work toward an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

8. International Shipping

Pretty Plans & Pockets currently ships exclusively within the United States.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
